AVIONICS THE COLLECTIVE

Specialized Development for Serious Jumpers, Hurdlers & Sprinters

Talent matters. But talent without the right technical development can only take an athlete so far.
Avionics The Collective provides event-specific coaching designed to help athletes improve technique, build confidence and turn athletic ability into better performance.

PROBLEM

Working Hard Isn’t Always the Same as Developing

Many athletes have the speed, talent and motivation to improve, but they aren’t getting enough event-specific coaching to identify what is actually holding them back.

A jumper may have speed but struggle with approach consistency or takeoff position. A triple jumper may lose momentum between phases. A hurdler may have the athletic ability but struggle with rhythm, mechanics or speed between barriers.

Sometimes the problem is not knowing what needs to change.

ATC identifies the athlete’s most important development needs and builds the coaching around them.

THE FIRST STEP

Find Out What’s Holding Your Athlete Back

Every athlete arrives with different strengths, weaknesses, experience and goals.

That’s why ATC begins with a free 60–90 minute athlete assessment.

Coach Frank and William look at the areas most relevant to the athlete’s event and development needs. The assessment may differ from athlete to athlete because the goal is not to run everyone through the same checklist.

The goal is to understand the athlete.

ASSESS — Evaluate current ability, technical strengths and development gaps.
IDENTIFY — Determine what deserves the most coaching attention.
RECOMMEND — Explain what we see and what should come next.

After the assessment, ATC may recommend $45 individual training or the $300 monthly membership for athletes who need more consistent development.

No long-term commitment is required.

LOCAL TRAINING

Choose the Level of Development Your Athlete Needs

Some athletes need occasional technical help. Others need consistent coaching and progression. ATC offers both.

Individual Training — $45 per session

Focused coaching for athletes who need targeted technical work, meet preparation, supplemental coaching, or help correcting a specific issue.

Best for: Technical corrections • Meet preparation • Tune-ups • Supplemental coaching

ATC Monthly Membership — $300 per month

For athletes who need more consistent coaching, technical development, accountability, and progression over time.

Rather than treating each session as a separate workout, the membership keeps training connected to the athlete’s larger development priorities.

Training is held at Northland Christian School unless Avionics communicates otherwise.
