<p>General prep leading into the beginning of indoor season starts now, especially for non-committed seniors. Your best chance at getting the look you've been hoping for is at the North Texas Jumps Showcase in mid December so, <strong>Avionics The Collective</strong> goals:</p><p>1. 4-5% improvement in PR's from the prior season.</p><p>2. 3-5% improvement in 10M fly from prior season.</p><p>3. 10-15% 1 rep max in hex bar lift, power, clean or back squat.&nbsp;</p><p>There are lots of other mitigating factors needed to accomplish these goals. The most important thing is building the foundation to reach them. That takes several weeks to months of prepoatory work. <strong>ATC</strong> knows it's a work in progress.
